Agorir y llwybr gan ddisgynnydd i'r teulu a drigai yn yr hen ffermdy.

Cyfle i ddilyn y llwybr gyda'r map newydd sy'n llawn gwybodaeth am nodweddion archeolegol a naturiol ar hyd y llwybr, ynghyd â phob math o wybodaeth gan bobl leol am orffennol Moelyci.

Introducing the new Moelyci Events Programme for Autumn 2011.

Here are some special events to look out for in the coming month...

 

Saturday 17th September, 2pm

Official Opening of the Moelyci Heritage Trail

The trail will be opened by a local descendent of the family who lived in the old farmhouse.

Opportunity to walk the trail with the new trail map stuffed with information about archaeological and natural features along the trail along with all sorts of snippets of information from local people about Moelyci’s past.

Have a cup of tea while perusing the exhibition.

(Remember this is a farm trail –  suitable footwear is recommended.)

 

Thursday 22nd September, 9.30am-4pm

Bee-keeping: an introduction

We will look at the basics of bee-keeping, hive construction and siting, managing bees, where to get bees and equipment and the importance of bees in the environment.  The afternoon will be looking at 'live' beehives.

Acclaimed composer and jazz musician, Jochen Eisentraut has collaborated with award-winning film-maker, Eilir Pierce to create an exciting new music and film project. Triptych Jazz & Ffilm, premiering at Galeri, Caernarfon on Sunday 13 May 2012, is structured around the number three, taking the idea of the triptych from triple mediaeval altar paintings.

Gwynedd based Eisentraut is an intriguing jazz pianist/saxophonist and part-time music lecturer at Bangor University. His portfolio consists of many musical compositions for numerous films and plays including theme tune for popular S4C soap opera, Rownd a Rownd. International Store coming to Wrexham

A new shop is opening at Unit D14, Eagles Meadow Wrexham in April 2012 offering you a completely different shopping experience. From the 25th to the 28th of April, STORE will open its doors offering international high performance products at low prices. Come grab yourself a bargain!

 

Store is unlike a normal high street shop selling pre-packaged goods in tins, bags or boxes. It sells live performances and you can buy them at prices starting from as low as 50p. With over sixty performances to choose from, there really is a performance for everyone.
